Sculpt n' Cleanse is an effective, yet gentle and safe colon cleansing formula. It can be used as "the 'First Step' to a better body".

Colon cleansing can be beneficial for:

Take one or more capsules on an empty stomach (30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals) with 12 oz of water. Start with 1-2 capsules each day and gradually increase until you have 2-4 bowel movements per day. It is best to spread the dosage out 2 times during the day - morning and evening (i.e. 1 and 1, 2 and 2, etc.). Make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day when cleansing.

Do not use if seal is broken
