The Lifeline Adjustable Utility Weight Bench is constructed from 2'' x 3'' 11-guage steel frame and comes with a 2'' thick high-density foam padded 12'' x 46'' backrest. The front vertical support has a welded, foam covered handle and the rear horizontal support has dual wheels for moving in and out of the training area.
