Taken before or along with milk & dairy products, Super Milk Digestant provides suitable enzyme activity to aid in the digestion of foods like milk, buttermilk, yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese and more. Since the need for lactase and rennin differs with the individual, requirements may vary.

Directions: Take one or more tablets before or with milk products: 4 ounces of milk - or 5 ounces of yogurt - or 4 ounces of buttermilk - or 4 ounces of kefir - or 8 ounces of cottage cheese. Larger serving sizes will require additional tablets (2 tablets for 8 ounces of milk) as an average ratio to help alleviate the inability to digest milk or milk products.
