Uses

May help temporarily relieve* pain sprains strains bruises joints inflammation swelling

Warnings

Stop and ask a doctor if pain persists for more than 5 days pain worsens inflammation, redness or swelling does not improve or becomes worse if new symptoms occur as these could be signs of a serious condition if a rash develops discontinue use.

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

Keep out of the reach of children. If swallowed get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Directions

do not use if tube seal is torn or missing

adults and children over the age of 2 apply generously with gentle rubbing to the affected area 2-4 times daily or as needed use with a support bandage if desired for children under the age of two years consult a doctor if a rash develops discontinue use.

for best results apply to a cleaned area store at room temperature (65-80°F)
